Here I will be posting my thoughts, actions, and other misc. information pertaining to my videos. This could be thoughts on something I recorded and the finished product, recent events and my opinions, or little tips and tricks I learned that you could use for your channel. Whatever it is, the info will be in this blog. Be sure to check back often, too, because some day I may post a little Easter Egg ;).
Poem 3: For whom do I show all my love? The one who is prettiest? The one with the best heart. The one who is wisest. Wherefore do my efforts lie? The place I enjoy? The place I can help most. The place where God puts me. But why do I
Ryan Conway, the annoying legend. At least he try to stay stealth, up until the end there! *spoiler alert* Ryan actually does like, half my work for me in the next episode. Basically clears an entire outpost singlehandedly. So yeah, I know I said in this episode that he was annoying because he might die, but now he's annoying because he's kind of a show-off. But for real, guys, our boy Ryan needs some loving. If someone could make fan art or a fun image of him, he deserves it. Thanks.
Here we go with poem number 2 (made from the in-game keywords - special, kitty, sugar, jumpy, fun, pink, joy, hop, kiss, fluffy, smile, vibrant, bubbles, bunny, bouncy, kawaii, sparkle, giggle, rainbow, skirt): My special kitty, sugar, went jumping from the couch It's really fun to see her upon a pink chair slouch Every day she brings me joy as she hops up for a kiss Her fluffy face brings smiles, her vibrant hair pure bliss I sometimes blow her bubbles as she chews her new toy bunny As she jumps around to pop them, her bouncy figure is real funny I made her real kawaii with a handful of some sparkles She jumped on me, I giggled as a rainbow splashed my skirt when I stabbed her eye marbles Yeah, I think Natsuki would really like this poem, even considering how this basically infers I cross-dress in my free time. Also, isn't it funny how they do the special event before they see the actual poem? How do they know that they'll want to be with you that day? Are they sneaking into my bag to read the poem early?! O.o what creeps! I'll be posting actual blog posts after a certain point rather than just poems. You'll know what that point is. But even when I do start actual posts, I'll still try to create poems for the episodes.
Not much to say about this episode... I'm sure there would be if I made this blog right after I recorded and edited the video like I do most videos. But this Summer is a bit different, so I'm actually writing this blog like, I don't know, a month or two after recording and a month after editing. I suppose that's something to talk about... but I guess I just did. Another thing to talk about, I guess, is that I just learned today exactly how much I consider what's done is in the past. Ya see, in everything I make, I consider it to be not a part of the living channel, but a part of the history of the channel. In other words, what I edit and upload today is the living channel, and the videos I've already uploaded and their blog posts are history. I'm hoping to keep it this way so one day we all look back and see, "Oh, that's interesting", or, "Oh, so that's how he/I did it back then", or, "Man, I wish the phrasing on this was different, but I guess that's just how I thought back then." For this reason, if I find an error, correction, or addition that could be fixed or added in past blog posts, I don't add it because it wasn't part of the original post. My thinking process and style change all the time, it's very fluid. So one day in a few years, just come back to these posts and reflect on how different they are. Same person, probably never going to change, but also going to change in almost every way. It's crazy to think about, and crazy to see, I would know. I live with myself, so I've seen it the most. I change so much, yet not at all. Anyways, the thing I noticed today was exactly how far I take that. I was looking through the video for today to find a good thumbnail, and when I got to the end, in the outro, I started watching the outro to practice my pi recitation skills, but then stopped. For some reason, it felt like I was violating past-me's... something by listening to it in the editor. I don't know, it's weird to think about. I was somehow violating my own thoughts by simply watching the end of a video. I mean, if I really wanted to I could've gone on, but for some reason it just felt wrong, and I don't know why. Anyways, that's enough of my weird, quirky self for today. Here's the video, as usual, for you to enjoy.
Since I finished the game before making these blog posts, I can't really do "blog" activity in direct relation to the episodes, so instead I'm going to write poems either entirely of my own creation or using the words selected in the episodes (I'll indicate which one's which). So the first poem is this: Natsuki, Yuri, and me Stuck Sayori up in a tree Out came her frown She made her way down On the way she had hurt her poor kneeck on the end of a rope Lol, don't expect much from the earlier poems, they're just kind of thrown together. I'll try harder in later episodes.>:)
Boy, am I excited for this game. It has all my favorite stuff in it: Guns, games, Christianity, a Dark Souls reference, AAA franchise "quality" (note the clip at the beginning of the video), and lots of cutscenes to take up a full hour long episode just to start the game! Only one of those was sarcastic, btw. Anyways, this is what I'm proud to announce is the first episode of a full Summer of fun! Unlike last Summer, this time I actually have a full Summer's worth of episodes recorded and ready to edit! Here's how it'll basically work out: Mon/Thurs - Game 1 (starting with Far Cry 5) Tues/Fri - Game 2 (starting with Doki Doki Literature Club) Saturday - Game 3 (starting with a casual S.T.A.L.K.E.R playthrough) Wed - Up for grabs (most likely nothing, sometimes skits/streams) All week - Occasional streams This will hopefully go through August and into Fall if we're lucky, but no promises on that front. The Summer is definitely going to be jam-packed with exciting stuff though, so watch out world!
